The staff were so helpful and friendly, really making my stay nice. Dipak kept the room super clean every day. He was polite and always willing to help with anything I needed.

The window isolation could have been better. I noticed some street noise from my room.

i found the rooftop pool area beautifully furnished. it was well designed. valet parking was also available , which i used. the hotel provided electric kettle and a coffee maker in the waterfront room.

internet access was not available in my room. despite reporting it on the second day , the issue was not resolved. i was not offered an alternative room or solution , which meant i paid extra for mobile data. breakfast variety was limited for a 4-star hotel.
